Cold-rolled carbon steel is a low-carbon steel material made from hot-rolled coils through a cold-rolling process at room temperature. Its carbon content typically does not exceed 0.08%.

Its core characteristics include:

Composition: Primarily low-carbon steel (such as SPCC and 08Al), with small amounts of strengthening elements such as silicon and manganese. Impurities such as sulfur must be strictly controlled.

Processing: Through cold rolling, annealing, and pickling, thickness accuracy reaches ±0.01mm and surface finish Ra ≤ 0.3μm.

Performance: High strength (tensile strength can reach 1500MPa), but poor ductility, requiring annealing to improve workability.
