Production Process
1. Raw Material Preparation
We use fully tested stainless steel coils, welding wire and shielding gas. Strict raw material control ensures stable performance of finished pipes.
2. Uncoiling & Leveling
Stainless steel coils are unrolled and leveled to create a flat, smooth surface with no waves or defects.
3. Cutting & Edge Treatment
Sheared to required size; edges trimmed and cleaned for better forming and welding.
4. Forming & Bending
Continuous roll forming to make consistent round shape with accurate dimensions.
5. Welding
High-standard welding with shielding gas protection for solid, uniform welds.
6. Heat Treatment
Relieves internal stress, improves toughness and stabilizes mechanical properties.
7. Pickling & Polishing
Removes oxide and impurities; multi-pass polishing for clean, bright surface.
8. Inspection & Packaging
Dimensional check, pressure test, surface test → qualified pipes packed safely for shipment.
Product Features
Our TP304 stainless steel pipes are polished on both inner and outer surfaces, reaching a surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.2–0.4 μm, smooth and hygienic for high-standard applications.
